The sun goes down over Streatham Common

The highest point on Streatham Common provides a wonderful view across south London.

Although no longer the wild area of times past which was owned by the local squire and local villagers had certain rights for for grazing animals and collecting firewood the common remains a great open space and still wooded at the higher end.

Here are two shots as the sun goes down on our walk on stage 4 of the Capital Ring.
