Old Town with historic buildings

I am spending a few hours in Berkhamsted today and wondering down the high street I am really impressed with all the history that is their in the buildings.
There are some wonderful old Alms Houses from the 1600s and an old school and the Market Hall.

Great to see how a building society and a resturant have used these building without too much adaptation.
