Secret Acton Green

Work off Acton High Street and head down Acton Lane toward Chiswick and you quickly arrive at Acton Green.  It is a kind of secret place and not to be missed. You tend to think of the area as a place full of wonderful Victorian and Edwardian houses and terraces.  This is indeed very true.  There are some wonderful period houses!
But wait there are also some really good looking modern houses.  The above colourful small complex of apartments is near Southfield Road.  Its relatively new.  It was finished around the turn into 2010.
Right down the other end of Acton Lane very near Acton Green are some older modern buildings.  These were constructed around 1990.  These are a series of blocks with a good collection of penthouses
