Earls Court station the light rushes in

Late on a summer afternoon in June standing on the District Line platform heading west.
Looking upwards and amazed at how the summer light rushes in through the roof.
In 2008 extensive repairs took place to the original rood constructed in the 1870s and this photo shows how worth while those renovations have been.  In a word stunning!
